If you haven't yet tried an Iced Brown Sugar Espresso, you've seriously been missing out. Deliciously refreshing, it's a must have this Summer.
Mix them up at home, or add them to your drinks menu for your customers to enjoy!
Shake it up with your milk of choice, oat is one of our favourites to use! You'll then be hooked and drinking this all Summer long.
- Double Espresso
- Oat Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1tsp Demerara sugar
Method: (If you want it shaken, mix in a cocktail mixer)
- Brew a double espresso
- Melt 1 teaspoon of sugar into the hot espresso (adjust the quantity of sugar based on your sweetness level)
- Fill a glass half with ice and pour the espresso over the ice
- Top with milk & stir
- Sit back and enjoy
